Woodcraft Magazine publishes 6 bi-monthly issues a year. Issues should arrive in home during the first week of the month but some delays do occur in mailing. Please allow an additional week before requesting a replacement copy.

You should receive your first issue of Woodcraft Magazine about six to eight weeks from the date we receive your order. A number of factors contribute to this schedule: time in the mail for your order to reach us, processing time on our end and delivery time via USPS mail. If your copy of Woodcraft Magazine does not arrive within two weeks of the estimated in-home date, or arrives in damaged condition, please let us know and we will replace your issue.

Back issues are not considered part of a subscription order. However, available back copies may be purchased by contacting Woodcraft Magazine customer service representatives at 1-800-542-9125, or click on the following link to order a specific issue online at www.woodcraft.com. All single copy orders must be paid at the time of order. Domestic addressed magazines are shipped free.

Woodcraft Magazine regrets that free gifts are not automatically included with all subscription orders. If your subscription order included a free gift, please note that gifts are usually sent upon receipt of payment. Once payment has been received, your free gift will be shipped.
